Returns & Damage

All sales are final. All Elaine Silver Co pieces are handmade to withstand time. As they are fragile, I am not responsible for broken stones past two weeks of purchase. If any silver elements on your piece are damaged, please send a photo to my email in the contact section of my website and we will discuss. The only elements you are promised a fix on is earring posts that have been damaged. 

Elaine Silver Co is not responsible for any sizing mishaps on your part. Please make sure you know your correct ring and wrist sizes before ordering. All rings are specifically sized. 

Shipping

Expect items to be shipped 3-5 business days. All orders will receive a shipping number so you can easily track your package. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you get signature shipping on all packages over $200, especially if you live in a residential area with lots of traffic. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Elaine Silver Co. 

Care 

Silver naturally tarnishes and patinas over time. In order to keep your jewelry looking the best it can, I recommend storing in a dry space with silica packets. You can purchase polishing cloths on Amazon and clean your jewelry as needed. While pieces are built for durability, wearing them in the ocean, during physical labor, or any type of strenuous or active movement is not recommended. Take care of your jewelry and it will last!
